Watercress Pine Nut Cauliflower Puree

Watercress

Capers

Parsley

Shallots

Ginger Garlic Puree

I pureed the cauliflower with some capers, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic puree and one shallot. Then I garnished the puree with some chopped parsley, capers, pine nuts, and watercress.
